About

A compliance firm built from your side of the desk.

We spent our careers inside the collections industry and the state and local government space, the exact world unclaimed property compliance lives in. We built Reclaim Logix because the organizations that need this handled most were the ones the industry ignored.

Tina Wilcox, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Tina Wilcox

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tina has spent more than two decades leading operations and logistics at scale: building teams, running high-volume processes, and answering for the result when the deadline is real and the details are unforgiving. That is precisely the discipline unclaimed property demands, with fifty-five sets of rules, dormancy clocks on every record, and a filing calendar that doesn't negotiate. As CEO, Tina leads service delivery end to end and personally stands behind the final review on every engagement. Reclaim Logix is her answer to a question she watched go unanswered for years: who takes care of this for everyone else?

Ryan Wilcox, Chief Client Officer

Ryan Wilcox

Chief Client Officer

Ryan has spent twenty years across sales, business development, and operations leadership, doing one thing above all: building relationships that last. His career spans the collections and BPO space, where trust is earned slowly and kept carefully. As Chief Client Officer, he is the client's advocate inside the firm, scoping every engagement honestly, matching each program to what the organization actually needs, and staying personally close through every filing season. If you work with Reclaim Logix, you know Ryan.

Why we built this

Twenty years of the same conversation.

For two decades we've sat across from business leaders, business owners, and small-business-owner friends at conferences, at kitchen tables, and over coffee. The conversations range everywhere, but one refrain keeps coming back: unclaimed property is tedious to manage yourself, and expensive to hand off. The big compliance shops price for the Fortune 500. Everyone else is left choosing between burning staff time on fifty-five jurisdictions' worth of rules or paying fees that were never built for their size.

Reclaim Logix exists to end that trade-off. Our variable pricing models mean every partner gets the service they need, matched to their volume, their jurisdictions, and their goals, so compliance supports the business instead of taxing it. Today's small-to-midsize company is a global giant in the making. It shouldn't have to wait for that status for its needs to matter.

Our home

Philadelphia, always.

We always consider Philadelphia home. We love the city and the people, and our families still live in the Philadelphia metro area. The clock on our homepage is the City Hall tower clock, and it's a fitting emblem for the work: unclaimed property compliance is, at its heart, a promise about time. Deadlines in fifty-five jurisdictions, dormancy clocks on every record, and a filing calendar that doesn't forgive. Right on time, every time.

Today we reside in the Fort Myers, Florida area. With our kids now adults, we decided this was the time to launch Reclaim Logix, filling the gaps we identified through our corporate roles and our relationships with executives.

Woman-owned

A WBE, in substance and on paper.

Reclaim Logix is majority woman-owned and woman-led, with WBENC certification in process. For corporate clients, spend with us can count toward supplier-diversity goals; for public agencies, we qualify for diverse-vendor procurement programs in many states.

Commitments

What we never do.

We never hold or transmit your funds; you remit directly to each state. We never sign your state reports; your officer does, with our complete preparation. We never sell, share, or train AI on your data. Every filing and every owner letter is reviewed by a person before it moves. We maintain errors & omissions and cyber liability coverage, and we'll gladly walk your security team through how client data is protected.

Community

Doing well means giving back.

We believe corporate responsibility begins in the community around us. That's why a percentage of Reclaim Logix's profits is donated to charity, every year, as a standing commitment, not an afterthought.
